Rob Evans

Instructor & Advisor

Rob comes from a farming background and as a Lantra freelance instructor realised that there was a need for a dedicated training centre in Mid Wales.

He converted vacant farm buildings at Dolobran Hall Farm into a first class training venue.

Rob is a Lantra, NPORS & CPCS instructor and NVQ assessor in plant machinery.

He is down to earth, practical and approachable. His hands on experience in machinery makes him an excellent technical trainer.

Suzanne Jones

Company Director

Suzanne has a strong Customer Service background, having previously worked for Virgin Atlantic, Laura Ashley and Volvo.

She is responsible for the day to day running of the office and co-ordinates training courses.

Suzanne can arrange Training Needs Assessments as well as career advice and job placement where possible

Sammy Edwards

Admin/Test Invigilator

Sammy is relatively new the training industry and started out invigilating.

Sammy is in the office to assist with booking, processing and completing courses.

When she isn't tending to her animals or children, she is in the hospital as a qualified Midwife.

These cheeky girls are part of the team here at Training for the Future.

They are young Border Terriers with a playful and inquisitive attitude. They adore fuss and would greet you with joy and excitement when you arrive.
